Completely DONE with Spotify

Completely DONE with Spotify

Went aheand and CANCELLED my spotify subscription about a week ago, as nothing seems to work right with it anymore on iOS or mac or android....  but yet they tried to charge me just yesterday for another month worth of music.  This is a complete pissant move. I thought of returning eventually, but if they are going to charge me after I clearly CANCELLED my subscription, then that shows they don't give a **bleep** about their customers.  Apple Music it is from here on Out.  It's been a good four years, Spotify-- until a month ago, that is.  But now is the time to say goodbye.

Sorry to hear your frustration! The Twitter Support team is very helpful and so is the email support team. Have you reached out to them? No guarantees, but they may be able to remedy this for you!

If you submit the contact form instead of the Twitter Message, make sure to check your inbox and junk folder for an email from Spotify.
