Didn't cancel free trial - any way to regret the purchase?

Didn't cancel free trial - any way to regret the purchase?

Hej, by a mistake I didn't cancel free premium trial - and I havent used since I got charged after the 30 days. Is there anyway I can give up the month premium i payed for and get the money back?
I tried searching the web, but I can't seem to find anyone with a similar problem - and even though spotify is cheep, on my budget, it means a lot...

You'll need to speak to accounts staff: you should use the online contact form and they'll talk to you about your options. If you get an automatic response telling you about the forums, reply directly to that message and someone will be in touch.

It's also worth not logging in and streaming until you get it resolved. Sometimes if you have used the Premium service the team can't give refunds.
