Different exchange rate

Hello 

I bought spotify premium on August 2015.In my account it seems that i pay in turkish lira 9.99 TL however in my extract it is 3.33 USD.According to my payment receipt in spotify it costs 9.99 TL. Exchange rate of dollar changes very often and i pay more than i should.How can make my payment in Turkish Lira?

You need to contact a Spotify Advisor through the link above to be sure about this matter, and if you receive an automated reply, just reply back to that email (its for spam prevention purposes) and you should get a reply within max 1 to 2 business days.

Also if you say that you were charged in your local currency but the amounts shown in your card don't match with what you were supposed to paid, ask your bank about these payments and check with them about additional charges because Visa, Mastercard tend to charge a little extra.
