Why can't i get direct help from spotify??? Why do i have to waste time searching through community answers that don't answer my questions??? Feeling pissed and ripped off!!!

Signed up to the family option, but my kids got there subscriptions through
apple. Nothing mentioned about this in the original offer, but after
researching why it wasn't working and why i was still paying their premium
subscriptions on top of the family subscription, i see i now have to cancel
their apple subscription, which seems almost impossible to do. Ready to
ditch the whole service!
