Downloads desaparecem do app no windows e no android

Tentei ir na minha conta Dispositivos Offline e remover todos dispositivos, pois li em um topico que isso pode ajudar, porem ao clicar no botao nada acontece, nao funciona o botao individual e nem no botao remover todos.
