Duo account

My duo account ( I have one my wife has the other) got signed out(hers) and now says her account usernames doesn't exist. I cant get back into her account. The only option seems to be to remove her username, which seems like it would delete her content.

Please have her request a password reset email and see if anything arrives (check the junk/spam folder too): https://accounts.spotify.com/password-reset.

Also, content saved on an account isn't bound to the subscription, as all Spotify users can create playlists, save music, etc.
