Duo and using the other account as "anonymous", can people see who owns it?

So I want to create an account that would be anonymous. My concern is that people can see who owns the plan (subscription). Simply: can I update to premium duo, make an account as anonymous and actually KEEP IT anon?

Let's put it this way: No other Spotify user can see which kind of plan you're on. 🙂
