E-mail registered, but no confirmation?

E-mail registered, but no confirmation?

I'm trying to log into spotify desktop with my e-mail, but it's telling me "The email adress you entered has already been registered, but your account hasn't been confirmed yet. You'll get an email soon with details on how to confirm your account."  I was able to log in yesterday. I see no email.

This is after upgrading to premium.

I've tried using my username and email to log in.

Hey! Welcome to the community 🙂

You will need to get in touch with the customer services team directly using the online contact form and they will be able to assist you further with this. Make sure to let them know that this happened after you upgraded to premium.

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.
