Email and password don't match never change password.

Email and password don't match never change password.

I was listening music as always and suddenly the account log me off and ask me for email o user and password, but it keeps showing email and password don't match. I have never change my password and last time I pay it accept the password but now is not working. My user ID is [removed sensitive info] Please help I love SPOT and would hate to change to a different service.

Be sure to check this Support article, and this one too.

 

You should ask for a password reset. That should give you access to your account again.
