Email is "not" linked to account

So basically whenever i try to log into my account via gmail i get a popup telling me that this email isnt linked. so then i change my password via the email "that isnt linked" and then when i try to link gmail thru the account page where it show that the email is connected but it says that i dont have anything for the gmail option so i try that and it says error. and whenever i try to login with my username or gmail i cant. I literally have to change my password everytime. SPOTIFY FIX THIS ISSUE, im tired of having to do this.

Thanks for reaching out. If you try to reset your password with an email address but get the error that no such account exists, but creating a new account with that email or using it on an existing account also doesn't work because the email is supposedly already in use, you may have a disabled account. This means that an account with that email address exists, but logging into it is not possible. If this is what happens, consider reaching out to our support team so that they can double check this for you. If you get repeated password reset prompts, check what email address they are for and if this is the address of your main account. You can see this on the account page. If the addresses don't match, this may also show that another account exists. In that case, try these steps.

When I try to log in using my Google account, it tells me I don't have an account linked to my email. But when I try to create a new account, it tells me that my email is already linked to an account. (I'm using a sperate account for this)

I cant log in on my account
It says that my email adress is invalid
I have payed for subscription and now i lost acc

I have similar issue. I wanted to log in my old account, which I didn't use since April 2022 bc it had Russian location in profile, and as you know Spotify stopped working there. I wanted to get back on this account and check my old playlists so I can check out music I've listened back then. But when i tried to change my password or enter an account, it claims, that there is no Spotify account with this email.
