My Question or Issue

I have linked my email address to my Spotify account however it does not show it is linked and I cannot connect my account to third party services

Thanks for reaching out! 

 

Your question makes me think your account may have initially only been created via Facebook or with a phone number only.
If it's the first case, then you'd need to reset your password first and then you'd be able to add an email address of your choosing via this link.
If it's the latter, then you won’t be able to add the email address by yourself and you'd need to reach out to our support folks in order for them to do it for you.

As for the third party apps, do you get an email prompt when trying to connect them? If yes, it should work after going through the abovementioned steps. Here's a link to the support site page where you can find out more about how you can manage these apps after adding them.
