Enrolled in Wrong Subscription

Enrolled in Wrong Subscription

Hello. I'm having trouble with my Spotify Premium account. My account page currently says I'm enrolled in a Spotify Premium Family Plan. I wish to be enrolled in a Premium Student Account, and was under the impression that I had been for a while. Every time I try to switch plans to a student account, I am redirected to a page that says I am verified. When I check back, however, I am still enrolled in the Family plan. Can someone assist me here? I don't want to overpay again this month.

I'd first check out this help page to make sure you do not have more than one active account.

 

If you only have one and you're enrolled into the wrong subscription, please visit this help page on the Student Plan as is contains all the info needed on how to subscribe the right way.
