Hacked account via customer support?

Hello,

My account was hacked a few days ago.
The hacker made a Paypal payment on my account. So he received a Paypal receipt.
To recover an account via customer support, you must send a PayPal receipt.
Is it possible that he uses this way to recover my Spotify account?
(since he has hacked my account 3 times since)
