Error 404 password reset

We are unable to find my wife's password on our premium plan. I went to reset the password and it sent me to an error 404 page.  I saw a solution that said to copy the link in the email and paste it in an incognito window.  That still didn't work.  Please advise.

I understand your concern. Could you try resetting your password using this link in a different browser/incognito mode: https://www.spotify.com/password-reset/ . If that doesn't work, please send me a screenshot of the error message being shown.

Hi,

The reset password link that you received from Spotify might have expired due to security. You might have to request another reset password link again. If it doesn't works, I think the best solution is contact Spotify.
