My not-so-smart-sister linked her facebook account to my spotify when she shared a song on her feed. Now it looks like it's impossible to remove her FB and add mine instead.

I've tried to go into Preferences and disconnect the FB account there, but her name and FB picture still shows in the top right corner on the spotify window.

Is there ANY way to fix this or am I gonna have to live with it, alternatively make a new spotify account?

It will clear on its own given a little time. Profile pages can take up to 24 hours to update after changes are made.
