My Question or Issue

For the past year I have been unable to complete a payment via Spotify's Website. I have tried re-entering my address, using an incognito window, and multiple cards. It always tells me that my payment has failed. I usually go to Walmart and buy a 3 month gift card, but it's always annoying when that runs out and ads randomly start. All of my cards I use are in order and working. All of the suggested actions I have done, and none are working.

Are these cards, you are trying to use, issued in the same country as your Spotify account? Also, are they enabled for foreign, secure online, and recurring purchases? You can double-check it with your bank or provider.

If everything seems to be alright on your side but the issue persists, considering you already tried some actions on your own, the best approach here would be to get in touch with the Spotify Customer Support team. They will be able to check backstage if your account has any restrictions and help you with that. You can contact them by choosing the best channel for you here.
