Family plan member can’t log in

Family plan member can’t log in

 

 

My Question or Issue

I have premium family I have 3 members including myself my wife’s account just randomly logged her out can’t sign her back in.  Had the premium family Spotify for a couple years had no issues but this morning she couldn’t log in if won’t let her do anything like reset password  or use her email that her account is link to. I went on my settings and my account her account and my sons account are still all there. My wife can’t log in to her account from her phone.  How can we fix this issue?

I recommend asking her to reach out to Support so that they can take a look at her account and check what happened: https://www.spotify.com/about-us/contact/ 🙂
