Forgotten my password but email adress is my old work one (and deleted)

Forgotten my password but email adress is my old work one (and deleted)

Anything I can do? (Other than leave Premium and get a Tidal account 🙂 )

 

No honestly, I really don't want to leave Spotify but can't get into my acc because I have forgot the password and my registered email adress is no longer active!

 

HELP!!

Ok

 

Sound now my password is accepted to login but when i try and change my email adress it says 'wrong password'

 

Anyone had this problem?

The solution you recommended means getting an email back from Spotfiy. As I mentioned, the email associated with my account is no longer active so it's no really gonna work 🙂 

You cant provide your old email adress and account name to support so they can transfer your account to new email adress.
