Free premium trial?? Mines not working

I got an email for the free trial for a month if i return to spotify, Ive had it 2 days and now its kicked me off saying its gone past the 48 hours, its not let me save any of my playlist which I had saved on there, I've logged off and back in again and its not changed, any advice? I've got an ipod touch and went through the email when I got it to get the free trial again.

Hi,

It looks like you are logging into a duplicate account linked to your Facebook.  If you login using your username holly.freeman and your Spotify password, you will be able to use the Premium trial that you activated.
