'Get Access' Won't work

I'm trying to verify my artist page and connect my songs to my account. 

I'm doing all the steps correctly to get verified by Access. 
But everytime I get to the last step. (the page in the photo)
I click the button and NOTHING happens, this is a very frustrating bug. 
Haven't been able to 'Get Access' for a few days now. 

Is there any other way to get past this? No matter what I try I can't click 'Submit'...

Sorry to hear you're having trouble. If this is still happening, does restarting your device, or clearing your browser's cache/cookies help? We'd also recommend giving things a try from a different browser, or device if possible.
