Ghost account from KPN XS4all No response from Spotify

Ghost account from KPN XS4all No response from Spotify

I have a premium account, have had it for years. Originally it was offerend as a promo on a subscription for a mobile phone by KPN/XS4all in the Netherlands. I Pay 0 nada niente for it.

 

I had the urge to change to a family account but i cant do nothing for its an KPN account. Well systems have changed and KPN/XS4all cant reach the settings to close this account any more. So an official request have been made by them to ask for help. That was over a month ago. I have been asked to give info on my account which I did and since it has been quiet.

No responses over e-mail. No response on new mails requesting information. On the chat it looks like Kafka is alive again. I am offered the same procedure which is void for obviously not me and not KPN can end or change the subscription.  I have come to the point that i don't know what to do to get in contact with Spotify. It feels like they are ghosting me. Chats don't work, e-mails get no response. How to address this serieus problem, how to get through to Spotify

Thanks for reaching out.

 

I understand how frustrating it must be to feel stuck in this situation. Since your subscription is managed through KPN, Spotify isn’t able to take any subscription-related action directly on your account—this can only be resolved by KPN.

 

I know you've mentioned contacting them already, but because the subscription is tied to their system, they’re the only ones who can process a cancellation or assist further. It may help to try reaching their customer service team again and possibly asking to escalate the issue.

KPN changed their systems in which it is lost so .... they reached out to spotify to help button this request Spotify not even responds. Nothing, no e-mail no nothing....
