Gift Card Issues

I redeemed my 30 dollar gift card and was not given the option for 3 months,was automatically given 6 months,how do i get the 3 months I wanted,do i cancel my subscription.

I just recently started using Spotify Premium on the trial basis of 1 week. At the end of the trial my premium status ended and one the best features that loved about was that you can play your music offline. I live NYC, and my commute to work using the subways is about 1 1/2 hour long I so use Spotify to play some music to pass the the time, and as you know the majority of NYC subways you can't connect online wish means using Spotify w/o premium status is not an option. So bought a Spotify gift card of $10 and from Target and redeemed it but I can't connect to Spotify Premium because there's no gift card option the billing method. I ask now what can I do or do I have wait til Spotify Premium come up with gift card option In payment method? Because I'm not using credit card or Paypal. Please tell me what I can I do to get Spotify premium w/o using credit card or paypal. ASAP!!!
