Gift Card not valid

Hi!#GiftCard,

 

I bought a gift card, but if I want to redeem it I get an error message
"your premium code is not valid in your country"#GiftCart
 
Pls help!

I suggest you contact support so they can take a look at your gift card and help you with this problem:

If you get an automated reply email, you need to reply back to it.

I tried to contact support (online and by email), but I still got no answer jet... 😞

and I tried to cancel my purchase via email to premium@spotify.com, and got no

answer too....

How long has it been since you contacted support?

 

Support usually tries to reply within 48 hours.

I know they r usually very quick with response.

i contacted them on 30.12.14 at 08:02 am.

I know it´s holiday time.... it seems Im the only one who´s in the office...  😞

 

I bought this gift card online. Logged in with my account.....

 

 

You bought it for your country, isn't it? I'm asking because I know people who bought the gift card for another country.

Make sure that the country in your profile is the same as the country is shown here.

maybe that (was) is the problem...

yesterday i noticed it and changed it.

But the question is, what to do with this invalid code?

after all this code is 60€ worth

You need to change your country to the country you select for the code in order to redeem it, if you can't, as @MattSuda say, you should contact Spotify.

They have already contacted support.
