If you get an automated reply email, you need to reply back to it.

How long has it been since you contacted support?
Support usually tries to reply within 48 hours.
I know they r usually very quick with response.
i contacted them on 30.12.14 at 08:02 am.

You need to change your country to the country you select for the code in order to redeem it, if you can't, as @MattSuda say, you should contact Spotify.
