So I got Spotify premium for a month and it's free so it said if I don't cancel the subscription before the 10th which is tomorrow they were going to charge me 100 dollars but I also just purchased this morning a family plan. I didnt get a receipt in my email so I'm freaking out what do I do? Do I cancel my subscription even though I just paid 15 dollars for my family plan

Can you look at the subscription page of your account ? Maybe you can find there where you are looking for.

I can confirm your Family Plan is now active and you have made the payment for this month. The next payment will be taken in January 🙂
