HELP URGENT, I CANT ACCES MY ACCOUNT

I Was removed from a family premium plan, and now I cant access my account. When trying to sign in using email / username and password it says “This email and password combination is incorrect.” When I try to log in without password using just email or username it says either “Error refresh again” or “Something went wrong try again” or “Account not recognised”. The person who unlinked my account believes it was deleted. But if so how can I restore it when i havent recieved an email ? PLEASE HELP URGENTLY
