Help can't get premium to work

I'm from ph i paid for spotify premium using globe prepaid it says im premium on website but when i log in on app it says free

Hi itsakz, the fact that the website says you have premium is good news, and you probably just need to wait a little bit for the service to update across all of your devices - sometimes this can take a little bit of time.
