I can see you have another topic here which Liam replied to with a link to get in touch. Did you follow his link and drop the customer services team an email?

Yes i have tried no one is answer you support is crap so you know that.. you cant charge people twice thats a tricky question so help me fast its so annyoing i email 2 and no one is answering

Can you post your case number here and I will ask someone to check and see what happened to that for you? 

Its in the automated email reply you get when you get in touch.

Oh my **bleep**ing goooooood are you guys gonna help me ? i have waited 5 days and what is case number.. ?

You must help me cause ur trick me .. this is soo bad to fool other people and i cant not call you guys ? i really piss off at spotify atm

Case number? can you guys email me at my private hotmail so we can figure this out ? FFS

Case number is the unique identifier you will have gotten from the contact system when you got in touch. 

 

It would have been displayed on the screen and it is also displayed in the automated email reply you get when you submit a contact form which confirms your case was submitted successfully. 

 

Do you not have that email?

Look. If you really want help then you need to pay attention. If you used the online contact form, you will have received a response quoting a case number. Post the case number here and we'll try to chase it up for you.

 

If you haven't submitted the contact form, do it now. Stuff like this won't be sorted in an open forum as it involves too much personal information.
