Hola. No puedo oir nada en mi cuenta de spotify. Todas las listas vacías.

Hola. No puedo oir nada en mi cuenta de spotify. Todas las listas vacías.

En todas las listas de reproducción que entró ponen que están vacias. No puefo oir nada. Ya he desistalado la app y vuelto a instalar. Gracias

So I downloaded Alexa app today after 2 years and linked my Spotify account in that. I don't know is it some type of visual glitch but I can't see my liked songs in app but on web is visible. The playlist I made and saved shows there but the songs are not visible. My liked songs says 230 songs saved and you can find your liked songs here but no songs are visible. Please help me on this and if you have any suggestions on how to connect to my Alexa echo Dot, let me know. Thanks

We hope you don't mind us answering in English as this is the official language of the forum.

 

Just to confirm, is your account on our free service or is it Premium? If perhaps your account is free, we'd suggest you make sure the region/country set for the account matches where you currently are. Keep in mind that you can use Spotify free in a different country or region for up to 14 days. To use it for longer than 14 days, change your account settings by following these steps.

 

If your account is Premium, then we'd suggest you run a clean (more thorough) reinstall of the app on the affected device. By doing that, the app can be up-to-date, and you can make sure the stored cache is not leading to playlists not displaying tracks. You can find out the steps to do it here.

 

If the above doesn't do the trick, we'd like to gather some additional info. Please send us:

  • The exact Spotify version you're running.
  • The make/model and OS of the affected device.
  • Did you notice if this started to happen after a specific event such as an OS update?
