How can I reactivate my closed spotify account?

         I closed my other spotify account on March 20, 2020. In the process, I did not receive a reactivation email. I would like to reactivate that same account but I don't know how and I didn't get a reactivation email. How can I reactivate my closed spotify account?

Hey @itzhennyboi, thanks for reaching out to the Community!

Once you've closed a Spotify account, you won't be able to re-open the same account. There is some more info on closing your account here.

Based on your screenshot, you got an email to confirm the closure of your account. If you confirmed, your account has been closed and you will have to create a new account if you'd still like to use Spotify.

I took a closer look, can you answer these questions: 

• Did you already close your Spotify account completely? If so, has it been more then 7 days?
• Can you clarify what you mean by reactivation email?

I already closed my Spotify account it is more than 7 days...I cannot reactivate that account 

I have another account but I need to change that account named as closed account

Thanks for posting in the Community.

Could you elaborate more on what you want to achieve? Accounts closed before longer than 7 days cannot be reactivated. If you want to use the same email address for a new account, you need to wait 14-30 days after the closing of the account for the email address to become available.

My spotify account was either closed today but it says that I'm offline, I also received an none payment on ny account, I had closed online purchases on my bank due to the thefts that occur online around thia time

Thanks for posting on the Community! 

If you are able to log in and your account says that you are offline it means that the account is still active and we can help you use it.  We'd recommend first checking the settings of the app and then checking your network to see if that helps you go online.

Then let's get your subscription sorted out as playback also depends on what kind of plan you are on. If you have received a message that we're not able to process your payment it's possible that your account has gone to our free service. With that said you should still be able to use Spotify you just won't have any downloaded content for offline listening.

If you want to keep/restart your Premium you would need a payment method that is open for online purchases, or you could consider adding a gift card. Just keep in mind that gift cards can be used only for our Individual plan.
