I've actually messaged them twice already through that link and they still haven't responded...

Hey @Khris2707, an update: we escalated this up the flag pole and you should be hearing from the Brand team soon. I've been asked to check with you on the date you made your first request -- can you share please?

Thanks for doing that. We honestly can't give specific day as the messaging isn't done via email, so we don't know the exact dates. The first message we sent was beginning

of January and then we sent another message a couple weeks later and we sent a 3rd message this weekend. We really just want to know what needs to get done to make this happen, like what's the price and how does it all work. If you're able to get us some answers that would be most appreciated.
