I am not able to join a family plan with the shared link

I am not able to join a family plan with the shared link

When I click on the link to connect my account to a family account, I get a try again message. I have done this over several days and had new links sent but I’m not sure what the issue is

It sounds like you’re running into an error, but since there are a variety of messages that can pop up, it’d be super helpful if you could share the exact one you’re seeing.
