Could you check all filtered folders in addition to your inbox for the password reset email as it's possible it ended up somewhere in there? If not, it's worth trying to reset your password again through an incognito/private window. You can also use another browser or another device (if you previously used your computer, try with your phone to see if that does the trick).
It's also possible that you made too many requests. For security reasons, you can request a password reset only once every few hours, so wait a bit, then try again later.
If you're still not receiving a password reset email, it's recommended you reach to the folks over at Customer Support so they can have a closer look.

Hello! I am trying to rest my password because I've forgotten it...I know the email address is correct because it tells me it sent the link, but then the email isn't in ANY of my folders. Ideas?
