Hi, I still have 13 days premium access but I can't access to my Spotify account. When I try to open Spotify application on my PC it crashes, when I try to login from my iPhone it says "You have 13 days premium access" and then it makes me logged out, when I try to access from browser (https://play.spotify.com/) it stucks on "Connecting to Spotify" page. I can't use it from anywhere...

Hi again, I was in the office and now I'm at home and I tried to use my redeem code. And I got 'this already used' message. And I tried to check my account status and it's premium now until 2014-07-28 and my country information is changed to USA. I don't know how it happened but I'm premium again 🙂

Actually I unsubscribed my premium because that was for Turkey and now I'm not in Turkey anymore but when I try to redeem my 30$ USA gift card code it's not working. I'm getting "Country mismatch, Spotify Premium codes can only be redeemed by recipients in the same country as the country you bought the e-card in." error. That's why I don't have premium account.

Thanks for your answer but I already connected from USA but in account edit page, I can't change my country. That's the problem. I added a screenshot. There is only one choice and that's Turkey.
Weird! In that case, get in touch with the customer services team directly using the online contact form and they will be able to swap it over manually for you.
If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.
