I can't listen to music, it doesn't show playlists and my favorite music

I can't listen to music, it doesn't show playlists and my favorite music

when I try to listen to music - it turns off. When I open playlists, they give an error. When I turn on the artist's music - it turns on for a second and turns off, maybe my account is blocked?

Thank you for reaching out to the Community and welcome. 

 

To start investigating this case, would you mind confirming if you've already performed a clean reinstall of the app? If not, we'd recommend following the steps mentioned in this article.

 

Also, it would also be great if you could have someone log in with their account on your device - such as a friend or a family member, to see if the issue persists. 

 

Lastly, include in your next response the make, model, OS version of your device, and a screenshot of the error message you're getting, along with the Spotify version you're currently running to continue investigating the case.
