My Question or Issue

I moved to Norway and try to change the country and payment to Norway/NOK. But when I try to edit account the country option is unselectable/greyed out.

When trying to change my payment details it says payment details doesn't match with selected country.

I'm not using a VPN and am located in Norway atm.

 

 

Hoe to change the country when it is not possible via account edit?

Thank you for reaching out to the Community and welcome.

 

If you have an active discount such as Premium Student, you'll need to cancel the subscription first, wait until it reverts back to free, change the country using the steps mentioned here under the section "Don’t have Premium?" and subscribe again using a payment method issued in the country you're currently located as mentioned here.

 

If you don't have a Premium Student subscription, or if the issue persists after cancelling the subscription, we'd recommend trying with a different Wi-Fi connection, a different device or a different payment method. You can find more troubleshooting steps here
