I think my account got hacked

There are new playlists that i never add and songs in my liked songs. Yesterday I got an email that someone from Azerbaijan got an access to my account and it’s clearly not me. I’ve changed my password but it didn’t help. Pls do something with that I don’t know what to do 😭😭😭
