I can't login into my account although I am giving the right password email

I can't login into my account although I am giving the right password email

I am not able to login into my Spotify account. I am giving the right email and password but it's shows the password and email are not matching. I tried to reset password but they don't send me any email.

Just to confirm, are you trying to reset your password from this website

 

If you're not receiving the password reset email, it's possible that a different email address is associated with your Spotify account and the link was sent there. In this case, we suggest that you try following the steps in this article to see if they work for you. 

 

It's also worth trying again from an incognito window, a different device and using a different internet connection. 

 

If you're still struggling to log in to your account after following the aforementioned steps, we suggest that you reach out to our Support team through any of these channels so they can take a closer look at your account and further assist you with this.

I've recently had some trouble logging in and signing to a family plan subscription due to the main account holder accidentally switching the family plan to a different account. I was then told I couldn't change plans until I wait 12 months, so I opted to create a new account but now I can't log into that account and anytime I try to reset the password, I don't receive any link to reset. I'm getting really frustrated and this seems to be way more hassle than it needs to be as even finding the answers to my questions feels like I'm searching for a specific grain of sand at a beach. Please help me, I'm on the verge of just giving up on Spotify altogether.

I tried to log in with my password correct but it tells me incorrect password please guys fix it as soon as possible

We're not sure what troubleshooting steps you've tried so far. In that sense, we'd suggest:

  • Try some of the suggestions mentioned by @Eni here
  • Remember there are a few ways to sign up, e.g. with email, phone number, Facebook, Apple, or Google. You can try logging in with one of those services if your account is linked to them.
  • You can try logging in with your username. You can check it on your account page

If issues persist after trying the above, then it'd be a good idea to contact our Customer Support team, so they can help you by checking your account and adding some insights. You can find out how to contact them here.

Hi, I am a part of a family plan,
last week, I logged in with a new device on my spotify account, suddenly, all of my accounts logged out.
now, it doesn't accept my last password, when I tried to reset it, the reset password email didn't came to my gmail inbox.
when tried to login with google, the error said that there is no account with this email but when I tried to sign up using this email, it said that there is already an account linked with this email!

I don't know what to do, please help :')

this is not the original account I'm talking about, cause obviously I couldn't login to post this 🙂

My Question or Issue

I had a Spotify account connected to my personal Google account. I had changed the account's email address to my other account. Now if I try to create a new account with my personal id, it says the email is already connected to an account. When I try to log in, it says there is no account with that email. What to do now?

I accidentally logged out and tried logging back in, but it said my email and password combination is wrong, but I have logged into my account many times with the same information. I cant reset password because the email I used, I don't use that phone anymore. how can I login to my account now?

I installed the app on new device but it’s not recognising my account (something is wrong message). Trying to logon without password and username and email not recognised. I’m logged on on other devices and checked username and email, both are correct. Also, when trying to register for new account email stated to be associated with existing account. Any suggestions?

Started this morning. Had to log in again on both mobile and desktop. Desktop worked, mobile does not. Tried both entering password directly and the passwordless email flow.

I am paying for Spotify, but I can't seem to login on my iPad. It's weird because it did it before, but I accidentally logged out and when I went to log back in, Spotify thinks my email does not have an account at all. I've tried using Facebook to log in and that doesn't work either. Very frustrating I can't use the thing I'm paying for 😞
