I can't pay my plan, something wrong with my account?

I can't pay my plan, something wrong with my account?

I haven't been able to pay my account for days, it's been denied, I contacted my bank and everything is ok, did something happen with my account?

I was verified as a student before 9th Jan, 2024. This is my second time I have to verify account as a student. But affter i done all the the steps within the documents that proof me as a student and Sheerid already sent me the verification after 2 hours.

But whenever I trying to pay the Student premium, it says “Something went wrong” with an “Error” below.

I DO REALLY NEED HELP!!
