I can't reset password

I can't reset password

So yesterday I got kicked out from account and when I tried to log in it says that password is incorrect, after that I tried to reset password but it says ,,The username or email you provided is not associated with an active Spotify account.''

Thanks for the screenshot, really helpful as I was able to see where you're getting the error message from exactly. 

For this particular case, I'd recommend getting in touch with Customer Support. They'll take a look and do their best to help.

Thanks for this help but, It says that ''If the password reset says there’s no account with the email you entered, try again with any other email addresses you have.'' but it doesn't work.
