I cannot play Jam as it keeps showing "too many people in this device"

I am trying to use jam with my friends but when i try to join it keeps showing pop up "cant join right now, too many people are connected to this device." I have tried to login logout even install and reinstall the app, i clear cache, and no other devices is connected to my account. I have premium but mini, is that the reason?

To investigate this further, can you please let us know the following:

• How many people are in the Jam when you try to join?
• What device are you trying to join/start the Jam from? Note that Premium Mini is limited to your mobile device only, so if you're trying on a desktop, it's expected for it to not work.
• When did this start happening? 
• @Sannnn, are you seeing any error message when you try to start the Jam?

If possible, send over a short video of how things look on your end. If the file is too large to attach, you can upload it to Google Drive (make sure to allow general access to the file) or as an unlisted YouTube video.
