My Question or Issue

I was in spain for a few months on Erasmus, and I upgraded to premium individual while there. Now that I'm back in turkey I want to get the premium student plan however the language of the settings is still spanish and the payment currency is in euros even though I changed me region and cancelled my current premium plan.

Hey there @breadcredd

Thanks for getting in touch about this and welcome to the Community.

First up, you can change the app's language by heading to Settings > Languages > App language.

On another note and just to confirm, do you currently have the free service? If so, would you mind trying to subscribe again here?

Keep in mind that the first step of getting the student discount is a verification process handled by SheerID. Once they confirm your eligibility, you'll get an email where you'll need to click on "Get student discount" and only then the app will ask for your payment details again. For more info, take a look at this article.

Hope this clears things up. If you need a hand with anything else, the Community is here for you.
