I couldnt remember my password and was locked out.

My email was not working so we tried to change the email address and i got cutoff from finishing this. Since my email was deleted, im not sure how to regain my old account to get all my music bqck.

My Question or Issue

Can anyone shed light on this?

I am the "manager" of my Family Premium account

When my wife looks at her account, I am down as the account "manager" and she is an an account "member"  Her account is an email address.  my account name is NOT an email address but an  alias.

Spotify has just logged me out of all devices and now will not let me login 

1. If I try to login with my account name or my email address it tells me the password is not correct

2. If I try to reset the password then it tells me the account does not exist

3. If I use the option to login via email, the email goes to my wifes account not mine

4. I can't login via Apple/Facebook/Google either (Dont ever recall setting that up anyway)

How do I get back into my account?
