I didn't get the 0.99$ promotion and got over charged

Hi all,
I signed up for the 0.99 promotion this Saturday and after I submitted the payment. Spotify said that I was charged for 9.99 for it. Indeed, my credit card was charged 9.99 dollars instead of 0.99$. I sent a message through the spotify contact us page, but I didn't get a reply. The fact that spotify does not have a phone number to call annoys me. Is anyone experiencing this problem right now?

Have you used premium before? The promotion is only for users that hadn't enjoyed premium before. 

Spotify usually replies within 24-48 h.

I never used premium in this account before.
