I don't know my password and cannot access my email!

Hi,

I'm in a bit of a strange predicament.

I created an account years ago using a misspelt email address which I cannot access. I set up my account to link up with facebook around this time, so have always logged into my account in this way.

Unfortunately, I've also forgotten my password (since I created the account so long ago!).

Would there be any way to change my email address so that I can reset my password? Or would there be a better way to resolve this issue?

Support takes 24-48 hours to reply to you if they have not replied to you by tomorrow you can ask me here and i will escalate the issue for you 🙂

I've just sent a support request, but I'm not sure it'll work out as any response is apparently going to go to the misspelt email address used for my account!

I have the same problem. Iwould like to telephone Spotify but that's not possible. Using the contactform will lead to an reply on the wrong emailadress. So... can anyone help us?

i would suggest making another spotify account and then sending the contact form from that account 🙂
