I forgot my password, but I lost the email address to my account

I need to reset my password, but I can't figure out how to reset it if I don't have access to the email. I tried changing the email for the account, but to do that I need my password. I am very stumped.

I created my account ten years ago and have managed to stay logged on to various devices. Have a new phone and need to log onto Spotify from it but I don't know what my password is. Can't change it without access to the registered email and can't change the registered email.
