I have spotify premium on my desktop my iphone does not seem to recognise

this fact: I get ads on my iphone version 8.9.94.418 and beyond that there is no offline button anywhere despite several fresh reinstalls to my iphone 6 s software version 15.8.3. The desktop version seems to be ok.

Do you get ads while you're listening to music or podcasts? If you only get them while listening to podcasts, I'm afraid that's expected, since Premiums users can listen to music without ad interruptions, however, podcasts for both free and Premium users may include ads. They can either be host-read endorsements, sponsorships or audio ads within the podcast episode itself. Do let us know if you're getting ads while listening to music as well and we can investigate this further.

When it comes to toggling on Offline Mode, you should be able to find this option by going to Settings -> Playback -> Offline. If you don't see it, it'd be really helpful if you can send us a screenshot of how this looks like on your end, so that we can have a closer look.

The phone did not recognise that there were 2 account names I think. I had to sign out if one and sign into the other- the Premium. It side not pick up the difference automatically. Someone showed me in person.
