I have tried to redeem my gift voucher and cannot proceed through steps, need help please????

Cannot redeem gift code. Please advise what to do next????

I had a similar problem with a voucher to redeem. The validity is 01/10/2016 but I tried to redeem and is not working: error validity is expired. It is not yet 1st of October!!!! What should i do?
