I keep receiving the e-mail saying I didn't pay

I keep receiving the e-mail saying I didn't pay

I've just got an e-mail saying I'm going to lose my premium account if I don't pay because my credit card wasn't working but I've already paid and I even got the e-mail confirmation. I don't wanna lose my account if I'm paying.
