I put out a new album under a different distributor then before and it created a new artist page

Is there any way to merge the 3 artist accounts I now have it is very confusing and it would be nice to have all my listeners and followers in one place.

Spotify’s working to make it easier for you to report problems with your music. For now, you’ll need to reach out to your distributor or aggregator and they’ll work with the Spotify team to make sure your profile gets fixed.

I think Spotify should take care of that.
Why were multiple profiles created in the first place??
I have the same problem and the labels or distributors don't react.
