I"M CANCELING CAUSE I CANNOT GET HELP

Im now turning to this community board for help.  I have been getting billed for months for two accounts on my business card.  i have no idea who set this up, or what the user name and PW are to access.  i have used this wonderful "contact" form you speak of on more than one occassion to get assistance and still nothing other than a response that you received my request.

 

Do you provide real customer service, or not?  So far, i've seen NOT.  Please advise on who i can speak with to clear up an account that i'm getting double billed for.  My next move is to call AMEX, cancel payment, and ask them to fight for reimbursement for months of double billing.  I have questions.  I need a human.  If this is not possible, then see last sentence.

 

please advise and not just confirm that my inquiry was recieved.  please do something about it.
